Partnership In Education (PIE)

Keiser University Flagship Campus and Women In Automotive® have joined forces to establish a Partnership In Education (PIE) designed to enhance educational opportunities for the WIA Member Community and promote excellence in the automotive industry.

Under the PIE agreement, Keiser University Flagship Campus extends support to all programs — associates, bachelors, masters, doctorate, and certification programs — catering to the diverse educational needs of WIA members and their immediate families. The collaboration includes a specialized focus on the 4-year bachelor’s degree program in Automotive Dealership Management.

As of August 29, 2023, Women In Automotive® is the exclusive recipient of the Dealer Management Certifications scholarship.

Program 1

PIE Tuition Scholarship Program

The PIE Tuition Scholarship Program assists with a percentage of a new student’s chosen curriculum. The program is not retroactive. It is available on-campus at Keiser University Flagship Campus, as well as online, hybrid, and automotive certificate programs.

Eligibility

Available to any WIA Community Member, Dealer Member, or Ally Member, and their direct family members — including parents, spouses, and children or stepchildren.

Partnership Includes

  • Tuition scholarships across associate, bachelor, master, doctorate, and certification programs
  • Job board access (College Central Network) for all WIA Dealer and Ally member companies
  • WIA Virtual Vendor Book inclusion and joint job/education fair participation
  • Featured promotion in the WIA newsletter and on both organizations’ websites
  • WIA Socials™ and regional meetings hosted at Keiser campuses
  • KU representation at WIA Annual Conferences, workshops, and events

Automotive Dealership Management / WIA Scholarship

Valued at $20,000

Keiser University’s Flagship Campus in West Palm Beach is providing a $20,000 scholarship opportunity for the Automotive Dealership Management Program on the Flagship Campus, or for any 4-year undergraduate program offered on the Flagship Campus. The recipient is announced at the annual Women In Automotive® Conference. The awardee does not need to be present to receive the award.

Requirements

  • Written essay of approximately 500 words describing accomplishments to date, career aspirations, and what makes the applicant a strong candidate for the scholarship
  • Applicant must meet the admission requirements of Keiser University
  • Recipient must enroll full-time at the Flagship Campus in the Automotive Dealership Management Program, or in any 4-year undergraduate program offered at the Flagship Campus

Selection Process

All applicants are reviewed by a selection committee composed of Automotive Dealership Management faculty and the associate dean. Eligibility and merit are determined by the committee’s selection criteria.
