DONATION POLICY

  • All contributions are voluntary and support the mission of Women In Automotive® Foundation, including scholarships, education partnerships, mentorship, leadership development, and workforce initiatives.
  • No goods or services are provided in exchange for charitable donations unless explicitly stated.
  • Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law under IRC Section 170.
  • Donation receipts and written acknowledgments will be provided for all contributions.
Sponsorship Disclosure

SPONSORSHIP DISCLOSURE

Sponsorship recognition is provided in accordance with IRS guidelines and does not constitute a commercial endorsement or guarantee of business outcomes. Corporate sponsorships are distinguished from advertising in that sponsor recognition does not include qualitative language, price information, or calls to action.
