501(c)(3) STATUS
Women In Automotive® Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to workforce development, education partnerships, mentorship, and leadership advancement across the automotive industry. Our exemption was granted by the IRS effective February 22, 2024.

State Incorporation Documents: The Certificate of Filing and Secretary of State registration are available upon request for grant applications and formal due diligence inquiries. Please contact nonprofit@womeninautomotive.org.
DONATION POLICY
- All contributions are voluntary and support the mission of Women In Automotive® Foundation, including scholarships, education partnerships, mentorship, leadership development, and workforce initiatives.
- No goods or services are provided in exchange for charitable donations unless explicitly stated.
- Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law under IRC Section 170.
- Donation receipts and written acknowledgments will be provided for all contributions.
SPONSORSHIP DISCLOSURE
Sponsorship recognition is provided in accordance with IRS guidelines and does not constitute a commercial endorsement or guarantee of business outcomes. Corporate sponsorships are distinguished from advertising in that sponsor recognition does not include qualitative language, price information, or calls to action.
