JM&A Group is proud to partner with Women In Automotive® on a scholarship opportunity for attendance to JM&A Group’s Career Advancement Program (CAP) in September 2026. As a leader in F&I performance and automotive retail solutions, JM&A Group equips dealerships with the strategies, technology, and expertise they need to drive profitability and long-term success across every department.

This scholarship program highlights a joint commitment between WIA and JM&A Group to invest in women pursuing careers in automotive retail and to strengthen the next generation of dealership leaders.

Each scholarship includes dedicated mentorship and networking opportunities curated to support long-term career growth. Funds offset the cost of attending JM&A Group’s Career Advancement Program in September 2026.

Eligibility

Scholarship Requirements

  • Applicants must be women currently pursuing a career in automotive retail
  • Must have been selected and admitted to the September 2026 CAP cohort hosted by JM&A Group
  • Scholarship is cohort-specific — cannot be deferred to a future cohort
  • Scholarship is not transferable to other cohort attendees

Selection Process

Recipients will be selected by JM&A Group in accordance with their policies and practices.

This scholarship is reserved specifically for the September 2026 cohort of the Career Advancement Program. Awards are not deferrable or transferable.
